Who We Are
We are a cross-functional, diverse team of people who help small and medium size social enterprises produce an output that is not only user-centric but also geared towards creating tangible business impact. At the Ladder we combine the essence of a start-up’s innovation culture (agility, speed, and fearlessness) to the business realities of your organisation, using the flexible Design Sprint framework.
How Do We Do It?
Developed by Google Venture, the design sprint is a lightning-fast and effective renovation of the five phases of the design thinking process. The sprint condenses the design thinking framework and the most successful processes of business strategy, innovation, behavior science, human science into a highly dynamic problem solving solution.

The Design Sprint was a dynamic way to look at my business with new people. It was interesting to see the problems that came up, and the solutions chosen totally fit with my assumptions. It was challenging and positive to work with a bright bunch of committed professionals.
